LUO XIN, a new international cargo transport agent’s Limited Corporation, was established in Shanghai on February 29, 2002.
As one of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) members, LUO XIN has been approved by the Ministry of Commerce (formerly the National Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation) to be the national-level international freight forwarders Enterprises, and be designated with airline agent eligibility by Chinese General Administration of Civil Aviation.
With the International Air import and export Transport department, the International Maritime import and export department, the domestic air transportation, vehicle transport Department, Sales and Logistics Department, and other departments, LUO XIN is able to serve domestic and foreign customers for various cargo services worldwide.
In a long-term operation, LUO XIN have established a good and effective communication at all levels with the Shanghai Airport departments and local governments, which means LUO XIN can smoothly complete the clearance of commodity inspection, customs declaration, insurance commission and inspection declaration.
Since the establishment, LUO XIN has established a good relationship of cooperation with a number of airlines, shipping companies and makes efforts to develop domestic and overseas agent’s network and marketing network. We also focused on scientific management and promotion of the paperless office, setting up our own local network, and developed a freight forwarding business operating software.
As the economy develops, our company services also become wider, including import and export air cargo, seaborne imports and exports, international express, charter flights, customs declaration, customs supervision and monitoring of vehicle storage, logistics warehousing, distribution, and other delivery business.
